Refund policy

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note that certain products are non-returnable:

  • Cricket bats that have been purchased and prepared for use
  • Clothing, underwear, and personal protective equipment that have been worn or used
  • Gift cards

To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Approved returns can only be processed at Shams Sports Centre.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have yet to receive your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@shamssportscentre.com.au.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items with manufacturer defects. To request an exchange for the same item, please call 0434 721 578 or email us at contact@shamssportscentre.com.au

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location. For items valued over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
