OVERVIEW

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are dispatched through Sendle's E-Parcel System.

Most orders are delivered within 5-8 working days for the Eastern states and 7-15 working days for other regions. Sendle typically uses Couriers Please and other delivery partners, along with Australia Post, to ensure timely delivery.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will either leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a postal card with instructions for collection. If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please check with Sendle before contacting us.

EXPRESS POST
For orders within Australia, our Express Post service delivers to capital cities within 1-2 days and to regional areas within 1-3 working days. The express post charge will be calculated at checkout.

While Sendle has a strong track record of reliability, occasional delays may occur.
